Before conceiving with my wife is there anything i can do to cleanup myself and my seeds? Detox? Abstain from foods or drinks? Any suggestions, books or information is appreciated!

okay so my hubby was deployed for a few months. He came home yesterday. last night we had the best sex ever. so wanting to keep that going I decided to pop open a bottle of wine and see what happened. well I’m a real cheap drunk. after a few drinks I wasn’t completely smashes but I was a bit tipsy and def. in the mood. I feel like I just threw myself at him. my husband was drinking a bit too but it tends to take a lot more to get him to loosen up. I thought getting a lil buzzed would help us unwind but in the end he just said he was tired and went to sleep. wtf. now I feel completely embarrassed by the way I acted not to mention high and dry.
umm I didnt get him high. we had a few glasses of wine. not exactly a felony.
roy- we has sex last night. tonight we had a few drinks but no sex. if he wanted to go to sleep after sex and drinking i wouldnt be too worried. lol. seems kinda obvious he’d be sleepy.
