We are in the middle of going through a divorce. He has his ex-wife staying there. He had the locks changed. I can’t get and half of my and our 4 year old daughter’s things are still in the house. We both have a toorneys but they are closed for the weekend. I sent my husband a text saying I was on my way over to get my new key with a cop escort. He said I have no right to do that and he would call the cops too! It’s still my house! Do I not have a right? My husband is getting drunk at our home and he is on probation for a dwi with our daughter in the car.

I held her down and then let her up,She just kept coming at me IHELD HER DOWN telling my daughter to call 911,mommy was drunk and out of control.She didn’t press charges but the P.D. did.My daughter tried to tell them Daddy was defending himself but NOWAY.Any suggestions

Long story short, my wife went out of town (business) so me an a few of my friends got shitfaced at the house. We ran out of beer around 3am so we played rock,paper, scissors…I lost so i drive to the liquor store and get another 24 pack and head home. I think i see a hot chick (which later turned out not to be) on the side of the road, distracted looking at her i go to pull in the driveway (still looking in my rear view mirror at what i thought was a hot chick) an BAM!! i hit the house with the car. I kinda think “put it in reverse an get the hell out of here” for a minute…then i realize its my house…My buddy’s come out an we decide to tape the side of the house up with 3 rolls of duct tape and paint the tape white to match the house. My wife will be home in 3 hours an i cant think of any good lies…..Any ideas?

He comes to my house to try to hash out his life, not a happy child up bringing and still dealing with a lot of issues. He does see a therapist, on a weekly basis, I dont know if I should tell his wife about his drinking. She probably already knows, there is no drinking at his home.

The house was once used as a meth house and when it went up for auction I purchased it. Now my son and his wife have lived in it for 3 or 4 years now, but keep feeling run down, and sick. Could it be the meth is causing the problem, if so can we fix the problem?
