Turns out she was unhappy and told me so, but I had asked her in the past couple months if it was because of me and she would always say, no its not you, I don’t know what’s wrong with me. She wouldn’t open up to me, she’s very secretive about her feelings.
When she said she needed some space, she was drunk and told me all the things that I did that she hated and it made me feel terrible and beforehand, I just kind of dismissed her unhappy thoughts as post partum depression or baby blues. Our baby is 10 months old now, but when she left, she was about 8 months old.
Then I find out through the grapevine that she was cheating on me and started cheating on me about a month before she finally left. While I’m sitting at home killing myself over this situation and worrying about her so much, thinking she’s at her mom’s house all depressed and lost and lonely, I find out she’s been seeing this lowlife guy that nobody likes except her. I confronted her about it and she lied at first but finally admitted the adultery.
I still love her so much and I know that I drove her away because we had not been getting along very well. We argued all the time and said mean things, but I didn’t really realize what it took to keep a marriage together and arguments go both ways, she has a lot of negative energy and always picks out the bad in everything and is normally in a bad mood, but I’ve always put up with it.
Instead of thinking all the the things I thought, I should have told her how I felt about her and told her how much I appreciated her. She’s a great mother and did so much for me and I didn’t realize how hard she really worked until she left.
After hundred of dollars in programs and doctors, I’ve finally figured out what it takes to make a woman happy and I’m not nervous about giving compliments anymore. I always just figured she knew I thought she was beautiful and I figured she knew I appreciated her vacuuming and cleaning the house. We’d argue and I’d end it with saying something mean to her or her saying something mean to me.
We worked very different schedules, she worked 1st shift and I worked 2nd shift. I told her I would forgive her and we should try to work it out because I have so much love to give and I know I could make her happy and I really don’t want to stress out the poor baby.
This guy is no good for her, he’s a drug addict or was, he’s a bad alcoholic, he has a shitty job, a shitty bachelor pad/apartment, and 8 year old kid he only gets every other weekend and is behind on child support and about 25 people have told me that he for sure has herpes and has given it to a couple other girls I talked too.
I need to get over this, but I can’t stop loving her and wanting her back. I’ve always loved her for the person she is and I guess I didn’t know how much until she was gone. It hurts because everything I’ve learned about life and love has made me a better person and I know I’d never make the same mistakes twice. I just can’t get over the fact that she cheated on me without trying harder to save our family. I’ve always thought of her as the glue the kept me in line and I’ve always been faithful to her since we were married. I don’t know what to do and I just want to move on because I don’t think she’s good enough for me anymore.
I know what it takes to keep someone happy now, but the sad thing is that she is still the same negative, mean, and pessimistic person. She never really appreciated me either. I got to thinking and I can’t remember one time that she said I was handsome other than the times if I asked her if I looked okay.
I know that she will probably never be happy in the long run and it hurts me to think that, but its true. She doesn’t know it yet, but she’s really headed down the wrong road and she will realize it too late. I don’t think anyone would put up with her as long as I have and she won’t talk to anyone about her problems. I just don’t know what to do.
The saddest thing is that I have all of this knowledge now and its too late. If I would have known everything that I now do before this tragedy, then it would have been avoided. I know she didn’t want this to happen, but she’s a weak person and didn’t fight hard enough to save our family. I was even willing to try and work it out after the fact that she cheated and she said she loved me and wanted to come back and then a few days later she decided that she didn’t think she should come back. She’s living with me still and we just kind of do our own thing, basically roomates that have a baby together. I had so many plans in store for us when she came back and its just too late. I know for a fact that I won’t have a problem finding another girl, but its just a shame that all my new knowledge will be used on them, instead of the woman that I married and promised to love and cherish forever.
Since then I am in two programs (suboxone) and one on one therapy and attend NA every sunday. Problem is wife has had 2 months to convince my 2 kids 13 and 11 that I am a bad man who will harm them and I am like my screen name Tony Montana who is a man to be feared.Im am the opposite man, quite and very, very lonley because my kids fear me and wont ans my e-mails or phone calls. I cry myself to sleep every night thinking how my kids hate me. Im about to be divorced soon now because of this and my lunatic wife wants 3/4 of my paycheck and stay away from her and the kids for life. Lawyer says kids have to see me but I hate to force them. I send gifts, notes and they dont reply?? My wife says I made my bed now lie in it…Well Im not going down without a fight.Kids may lose house but if they dont want to see me what can I do???? I will miss them but its the kids who will miss out on a good father. Dont I deserve a second chance???Her 2 sons from a prev marriage abuse my kids.LAZY GFN SLOBS!
Her 2 sons from prev marriage I raised, brought to 1st red sox game, wrest match, circus.Taught them to drive, gave them my old cars. They dont help out around the house, pay rent and have loud sex so my young kids can hear them. Mom does nothing because her babies are like god to her. They can murder me and she wld help them cover it up…
This is for my cousin. She’s living in a rooming house in Quincy, MA and recently came home from work to find the housing manager in her room. He was sealing her window for the winter and said he had expected her to be out longer. Like she wouldn’t have noticed big pieces of plastic on her window when she got home.
She’s been living there for almost three years now and since moving in the landlord has gotten high (apparently he’s a heroin addict) and will knock on people’s doors at 2 in the morning or he’ll cook something in the community kitchen and pass out or fall asleep and set off all the fire alarms.
People have said something to the landlord (who ironically is a narcotics cop for Quincy) and have been told that the manager is a friend and until he’s physically sees him abusing drugs or tormenting the tenants, there’s nothing he can do about it.
Is it legal for the manager to just walk into the room? Or knock on doors at 2 in the morning?
I’ve told her she could move in with my wife and I SO many times (we have a finished attic that has a separate entrance, and we live in Boston, so it’s not like we’d be far from her work) but she doesn’t want to “impose”.
Suggestions?
I don’t know why it suggested family – but ok.
Also it should say WITHOUT not wihout in the title. LOL.
15 years? I understand he was in many top grossing films as a child star in the 80′s, like Friday the 13th sequels, The Goonies, Gremlins, Stand By Me, The Lost Boys, The Burbs and several other comedies and movies that went right to video, but have you seen the new TV series called, “The Two Corey’s” Corey Haim is broke, unemployed and portrayed as a washed up ex-junkie loser, and he is staying at Corey Feldman’s beautiful mansion, and by the way, Feldman has a smokin’ hot wife with a great rack, are they real? How the hell has the guy been able to hold onto so much money? He was a heavy coke and heroin user in the late 80′s early 90′s, you would think he would’ve blown through the maybe 100 grand he got per film back then. Would he still be getting royalties off dvd sales of those 80′s films? I just don’t get it how he is living so large, but if you go to www.imdb.com and look at the movies he’s been in the past 15 years, they are all B movies, straight to video stuff, baffling
That’s a good point by the second poster, I have thought of that, perhaps you’re right, he could easily be living on Michael Jackson hush hush money, maybe 10 million, they were buddies in the 90′s
Oh, I just read that article, thanks for the link. I didn’t realize this show was filmed in Vancouver, BC and that really isn’t Feldman’s house. What a fraud. I’m not watching anymore. What a lie, and a crock of shit.
I’ve always been the weird child, the one that stops and thinks about feelings, poverty, injustice, and abandoned dogs. I remember when i was little i used to dream that i would buy a HUGE house and then i’d pick up every abandoned grandfather of the streets and i’d help them ..i wanted to save dogs too. Now they’ll start asking about kids..when will i have kids..b-day parties..toys.. while i’ll be miserable everyday. I want to join the peace corps so bad….so bad. I want to go to Africa and serve for 2yrs. I want to travel and do adventuorus things..help people! get out of this intoxicating cycle. Long story short, my wife went out of town (business) so me an a few of my friends got shitfaced at the house. We ran out of beer around 3am so we played rock, paper, scissors…I lost so i drive to the liquor store and get another 24 pack and head home. I think i see a hot chick (which later turned out not to be) on the side of the road, distracted looking at her i go to pull in the driveway (still looking in my rear view mirror at what i thought was a hot chick) an BAM!! i hit the house with the car. I kinda think “put it in reverse an get the hell out of here” for a minute…then i realize its my house…My buddy’s come out an we decide to tape the side of the house up with 3 rolls of duct tape and paint the tape white to match the house. My wife will be home in 3 hours an i cant think of any good lies…..Any ideas?
I was thinking about telling her the car was stolen, then returned by a drunk who hit the house pulling in the driveway.
mam and dad owned a house
then they divorced
mam got 33% of house
mam remarried
mam died before collecting her share
now her widow gets 1/3 of her 33%
(legally entitled but not morally seen as he had nothing to do with the house!)
dad gets engaged
wants to move before getting remarried
needs to sell houses (his and his fiance’s)
has to wait till my mams widow (dads ex wife’s boyfriend) recovers from depression/alcoholism before my dad can organise either giving him his 1/3 of the 133% or waves his rights before my dad can move
have you ever been in a similar circumstance?
have you ever been in a complicated circumstances when trying to move? what was it?
