He said I have no right to do that and he would call the cops too! It’s still my house! Do I not have a right? My husband is getting drunk at our home and he is on probation for a dwi with our daughter in the car.

Squizzle Squerk, You just don’t want to see the truth, do you?
Long story short, my wife went out of town (business) so me an a few of my friends got shitfaced at the house. We ran out of beer around 3am so we played rock, paper, scissors…I lost so i drive to the liquor store and get another 24 pack and head home. I think i see a hot chick (which later turned out not to be) on the side of the road, distracted looking at her i go to pull in the driveway (still looking in my rear view mirror at what i thought was a hot chick) an BAM!! i hit the house with the car. I kinda think “put it in reverse an get the hell out of here” for a minute…then i realize its my house…My buddy’s come out an we decide to tape the side of the house up with 3 rolls of duct tape and paint the tape white to match the house. My wife will be home in 3 hours an i cant think of any good lies…..Any ideas?
I was thinking about telling her the car was stolen, then returned by a drunk who hit the house pulling in the driveway.
mam and dad owned a house
then they divorced
mam got 33% of house
mam remarried
mam died before collecting her share
now her widow gets 1/3 of her 33%
(legally entitled but not morally seen as he had nothing to do with the house!)
dad gets engaged
wants to move before getting remarried
needs to sell houses (his and his fiance’s)
has to wait till my mams widow (dads ex wife’s boyfriend) recovers from depression/alcoholism before my dad can organise either giving him his 1/3 of the 133% or waves his rights before my dad can move
have you ever been in a similar circumstance?
have you ever been in a complicated circumstances when trying to move? what was it?
