while driving in washington my ex wife got pulled over while intoxicated. will she be charged with a felony ?

I’m going back to school for my bachelor’s degree.. my first choice is in Criminal Justice and want it to lead to CSI. I’ve always wanted to be in Law enforcement (following my father) but I was a little wild in my youth and made some mistakes (3 DWI’s back to back, the third is considered a felony.. this was 15 years ago).

Can I still become a CSI with out becoming a police officer and applying from w/in?

Now before you judge me to quickly.. please consider my felony was 15 years ago, I’m all grown up now, I don’t drink or even smoke and haven’t in a very long time (pretty close to just after that 3ed DWI). I’m also married and own my home. I consider my self a very responsible, honest and caring person.

So please don’t just post a big fat “NO” and dismiss me so quickly. Really just trying to make a big life decision…

Stuff to add: I have my license to carry firearms, I’ve considered the Army but my wife isn’t to keen on the idea

I can’t have a Mass felony expunged.. but I can have it sealed, I know sealing it wouldn’t help to become a police officer but do they dig just as deep for something like CSI?

seriously, i have a wife and child. i quit my last two jobs, because the management was non existent. i should not have ever quit because now i cant get a job at all. no one will hire me because six years ago i did something really stupid. however all those people telling me they cant hire me probably did worse things, however they just never got caught. i feel stuck, i am loosing my house and having no money causes too much stress between me and my wife. nothing seems to be going well. this shit sucks!
