How Do I Get My Wife Off Drugs?

I have struggled with this disgustingly stupid habit/problem since I was around 16 probably, I am now almost 29, and currently I binge/purge twice a day. I am stressed, depressed, unhappy, all of that yes, but if I could just stop doing this I feel like I would be a thousand times better. I have said for so long, all I want to to be happy, and to make people happy… but I know I’m not, and I push everyone away from me. Recently I had some struggles with my marriage and was separated for almost a year, in that time I made some terrible decisions, and went dramatically downhill. We are now back together, been since last November-ish, I am a much better mom to my two little girls again, and a good wife…. but just so “blaa” would be the best way to describe it. I just can’t seem to stop doing this disgusting habit, it’s a huge waste of money, time consuming, and just mentally/emotionally draining and harmful. Physically I think I’m fine, just I think I have been losing a good amount of hair because of it. I just want to be happy, confident, and full of life… I literally feel like I’m crippling myself, like I’m my own worst enemy. My husband thinks I have over come this… but he never understood the whole concept that I eat-eat-eat then vomit (due to me being too embarrassed/ashamed to tell him what/how really it is all about).
Please help me stop this vicious cycle…. i just want to beat it and never look back!

BACKGROUND: My S.O. and I have been together for 3 years. He has a son that is almost 8 y/o. When my S.O. was with his (second) ex-wife, she ran over and killed a man while drunk driving and under the influence of drugs. She truly got away with murder by spending 30 days in jail and 10 years of probation along with drug/alcohol treatment. She was later put back in jail for another DWI and possession of drugs. During this time she was playing the role of Mommy to my S.O.’s son. He was 3-6 years old. She had told Anthony (the son) that police are mean. She told him they hit her and only fed her bread while she was in jail for “speeding”. Not sure how much he truly comprehended of that but he now fully believes police are mean and does repeat what she had told him about being hit and not being fed. The birth mother is not in the picture and we don’t know where she is. He hasn’t seen her since he was taken away from her at one year of age. I didn’t know any of these people until later.
PROBLEM: We have caught this child stealing three times. Yesterday he stole a pack of gum while at the airport. We were in a shop buying HIM a snack. The cashier and I didn’t even see the kid take the gum and he was standing on the side of me. I noticed it hours later when the gum slid out of his pocket. He is also a firebug. He tried catching the stairs on fire while everyone was sleeping during the night.
I am seriously thinking of backing out of this mess. I have NO experience with any of this stuff!
QUESTION: Does his father take him to the local police and have the sh*t scared out of him about breaking laws and going to jail? We are paranoid that what he was told in the past will be confirmed in the childs mind about police being mean rather than here to protect the innocent. At the same time, something needs to be done with this child. He is headed down a very dark road if he doesn’t change.
ADVICE??????????
By the way, this child shows no signs what-so-ever of anger.

I paid online to get info on my husbands whores HUSBAND to let him know about their affair and I sent out letters to all addresses and I found him! He called me and we talked for an hour and he’s filed for divorce and full custody of his three kids and wants me to give him my husbands criminal record and his social sec #…I am very upset that my husband left me but I don’t think I should hurt him by giving his info. to this man who is on a mission to screw his cheating wife over bad! I understand he doesn’t want my husband around his kids ages 7-12 since he’s HAD a bad record including controlled substance possession/two DWI’s, I made it clear to him that he’s been out of trouble for over eight years. He is helping me by giving me info on where my husbands where abouts are each day but I think handing over his social is too much info….Will my husbands background help this man get full custody of his kids??
My husband has horrible credit and the man who wants the info is very wealthy! He owns ALOT of properties in NY and NJ. I have not given his social and WILL not do it! Thanks for your advice.
*Our divorce is pending and hopefully will be finalized soon. They are posting notice by publication since he hadn’t provided an address.*
THIS MAN WAS ALREADY AWARE OF THE AFFAIR AND HAD BEEN LOOKING FOR ME TO TELL ME ABOUT IT. His sister in law called to tell him in NY and my husband had to lay low while the husband came into Texas for a week looking for him. His wife denied the affair just like they both denied it to me! “What’s done in darkness will always come to light”.

I have an adorable child named Kimmy, and she is roughly about 7 weeks old. I’m not really sure, I was on a four week drinking bender when the baby was born. Gotta celebrate with the boys, am I right? yah im right.

Anyway, when my wife is in the washroom having one of her “binge fests” as I call them (everyone agrees that the best way to gauge a woman’s worth is by her weight, am I right? yah im right.) I’ll often sneak littly kimmy some solids. Light stuff at first, but now I’m trying to feed her subs! She just squishes it around her mouth a lot because she’s mostly gums, but I think they’re hardening up!

Before you say I’m a “monster’ pon sey, I do order the child sized. If you run with the food and there’s a lineup, they don’t even chase you! Score, brotha!

My wife heard somewhere that it does and can be harmful if a baby is made and get the pregnancy off to a bad start, is this true?

Isaac Christopher. heres the thing, my wife and I were discussing names for our son. She suggested Isaac Christopher. She SAYS its because she likes the names. However I think its partially to do with her cousin whom, was killed in a drunk driving accident. The way I see it is this, You have someone that died at a young age, therefore he is (in an unspoken manner) made a virtual saint. I don’t mean to disrespect the dead, I honestly don’t. Its just that I don’t want my son to have to fill huge shoes so to speak from day 1.

lying all along. He and I have had a rocky 8 year marriage. This was his second marriage and my first. He treated me worse than he treated the first wife.. Well last year after he left every few months for a week are two during 8 years of our marriage. ( the longest we were together without him leaving was 9 months b/c he had a wreck and could not drive due to being disabled now) but as soon as he could get around with a limp he left to party again. Last year I divorced him and about 6 months later he came back crying going to kill himself b/c he realized how much he loved me and what he had done wrong and for a few weeks he treated me so good then here we go again. I mean it never stops.. He is 33 years old and we bacame engaged again in February of this year… I had agreed to trust him and start over and I did exactly that but later found out he was lying all along. While he is home and disabled and collecting a disability check I am working. I never say anything about it.. but he leaves and goes off with friends he promised to stay away from becuase of situations that happened in the past. ( i.e showing them naked pictures of me for beginners) and was again smoking and drinking and taking non RX drugs which he promised to discontinue. I had told him before we started again that I would not start again b/c I did not want to feel that I was taking things from him by laying out what I did and did not want in a relatinship.. He agreed and promised just one more time….. As of March 13 I caught him in so many lies and told him to come and pick me up from where he was or I would pack his things and we would be through. He said he was not coming to get me.. I knew something was up then… He blames me for ending out relationship b/c he was supposedly visiting his mother… That was not true either b/c he was already slurring his words when I chatted with him… Anyway… that was on a Friday… By Monday he had met someone and said he would never cry again and was moving on.. It hurts very bad that I have been there for him through so much… Legal battles, courts, fines, accidents, DWI’s and have always supported him and stood by him then he meets a girl and says in 3 days they have more than he and I ever had…. It hurts so much becuase myself and his children love him… He even went so far as to sign his rights away regarding his 12 year old daughter, his first child from his first marriage becuase he did not want to finish his 3 month jail sentence for failure to pay support. It makes me feel that now becuase this girl is so great he will treat her as he should have been treating me and our children…. Any thoughts on this are so welcomed….

Anyway, there had been a friend who pretended like she was thinking for my best interests. But I think she was thinking more about the interest of the guy who she wanted me to date. I was disappointed to see that he wasn’t very intelligent, wasn’t too good looking, and wasn’t very talented either. He was a police officer and I had heard alot of bad things about potential husbands of police officers: they often cheat, they don’t take care of the family properly, they vent their stress from their jobs on their wives, they beat their wives, they suffer from alcoholism, they can’t turn off of “cop mode” when they’re home, etc. The thing is, my friend is a devout christian fanatic who has a messiah complex and she thinks that she is doing the right thing for me. I find myself questioning her motives and her integrity of trustworthiness because the guy who dated me seemed more interested in himself. He had no respect for my future, my goals, and just wanted me to do nothing and be a housewife with kids. I said that I could not do that. He did a background check on me to see how much money I was worth, etc, and I pissed me off. From what I think of, I was guessing that the guy was desperate to have a woman because no woman would go out with him due to his job, and he wanted to find someone who would be a dutiful, servile wife for him and bear him children. And my friend simply set me up with him in order for him to take advantage of me. Wha tod you think?
I have large goals for my future; to graduate from grad school, get a phD from medschool, hav ea nice house and a car, then find an intellectual man with good middleclass background and high education… but my friend just referred me to some kind of college graduate physically fit guy who has nothing in common with me, so I’m questioning her integrity as a person. She seemed like she was more interested in looking out for this guy rather than looking out for my welfare.
She did this to me because she purposely got me into financial debt by maliciously engineering a set of circumstances. If the guy benefits from me, she will benefit from that too.

This is a silly questions. But my wife and I (33 yrs old) had someone living with us who went abroad for work. To celebrate our new privacy, we went out to restaurants or ate take in food probably 5-6 days a week. Lots of bad food, buffets, and alcohol. Huge, heavy meals. We both gained 5lbs of weight and water in such a short time. I am about 30-40lbs overweight and my wife 15lbs. We don’t visibly look that heavy or anything. My wife is size 3-4. I’m a size 36.

We happened to have a blood test lined up .

However, both of our cholesterol levels came back high! Mine total cholesterol was very high at 300.

My wife had an overly high LDL also!

I was shocked! Could that 3 week BINGE have caused the results to be high? I never saw a Dr. previous to this for tests.
