and comes to work angry and emotional, and he sees a woman driving without lights or is drunk etc, and she is a little rowdy, will he properly take on her, by tasering or even beating her up or may be even shoot her?
do the police stop their officers going to work if they are emotional, something happen at home etc, how do they now?

My wife dated this guy 2 1/2 years before we met. They dated for 5 years. He was her high school sweetheart and they went to college together where she gave her virginity to him and then said that she still loved him when she left him and only did so because he was showing signs of alcoholism. She gave him a deadline to stop drinking and then he blew it but then showed her an engagement ring when she told him it was over. Additionally, she says that he changed so much (because of the booze) that he was no longer the person she loved, but she said she would cry at night because she missed him. She told me that disappeared shortly after she met me (there were 5 other guys in between).

She told me last night that she will always love him in a way. She described it as a, “Oh, we shared something special together” kind of brotherly love.

Should I be worried about this? How do I walk this out in a loving, non-judgmental way? Honestly this kind of makes me feel a bit inadequate and insecure about our marriage. We have been married for a little over a year now.
From most of the answers I’m getting, I guess I need to mention that the discussion came up because we were talking about a friend of ours that has a very judgmental husband. He gives her crap about sleeping around a lot before they got married. My wife told her friend that I handle her past well but not perfectly. That opened the conversation. I explained why I have difficulty with this guy and she explained it to me the way I described. I don’t think I can change her feelings, I just was looking for a perspective on how to not let them bother me and whether or not I should be concerned.

My wife has called some HPV hotline and insists that we (yep, we are both infected but monogamous…married for 7 yrs) can pass along this virus to our daughter via toilet, bath tub, etc…I have YET to find evidence supporting this. Can someone tell me if this is true and if so, where do I go to find that info? My wife is on a binge to clean the toilet, bath tub, FULL arms, etc…EVERY time either she or I use the restroom ahead of our 5 yr old daughter. We’ve know about this for yrs so I have been through this for yrs. I just need to know if her concerns are valid or if she is just overdoing things a bit. Looking for answers to verify all this.

I was charged with DWI in Texas and given 15 months straight probation. I completed everything that was required(pay fines, restitution, classes, community service) within the first 7 months of probation. I was then laid off and could not find work. My wife got a good job out of state, and we asked if I could move since I completed everything and stayed out of trouble. His answer was “No, it’s too much paperwork for me, besides the judge will just deny it” Well, I ended up leaving anyway and now they have filed to revoke my probation. Will I be extradited to texas if caught?

Anyway… she’s declared war on a guy with an impeccable reputation. And her reputation is in the gutter, where it belongs. Yes, Linda wouldn’t have stayed with him if he was that much of a jerk. I hope his kids are standing by him now…….I’m sure they are. Stella has the highest profile of them and she really disliked HM.
HM is really showing how much of a prat she really is. If anybody saw her on tv with Paul, her disdain was obvious. But then , on a PETA show she did, she was saying to him, over the mobile, you can make me breakfast in bed……and she described how Paul used to ask which leg she wanted passing to her for a particular task. Does this sound like a battered wife?
I hope he leaves her penniless, and gets that young daughter out of her ugly way.

Barney” had a few too many at the company cocktail holiday party and is intelligent enough to realize that he is in no shape to drive. But “Barney” does not want to leave his car at the office so he calls his wife “Betty” and asks her to drop off their son “Bambam” (who has a provisional instruction permit) at the office. The plan is for “Bambam” to drive “Barney” home.

On the way home, “Bambam” is pulled over for a minor traffic violation and the officer discovers that “Barney” is over the legal limit.

There are obvious moral and ethical issues here that could be argued for days, but what are the legal ramifications.

Could “Barney” be cited for drunk driving? Could “Bambam” be cited for some violation of the provisional permit?

If your husband/wife wanted to hang out with someone that used to make fun of you in high school would you be upset?

The reason why I ask this is because my husband got invited to hang out with someone that used to make fun of me because of how I looked.I understand that it was in the past and I should just let it go but this guy he wants to hang out with is a total loser & all he wants to do is get wasted and I just fear that my husband will get suckered into drinking alot and end up getting into a car accident or getting a DWI.I tried to tell him that this guy is only going to cause trouble for him and I don’t want that because my husband has a very bright future ahead of him and I don’t want to see that lowlife mess it up for him.Not only that but the day he wants to hang out with him (Wednesday) is his only day off this week and I was kind of hoping to spend sometime with him since he is working right now until 9pm and it’s my birthday.I know that my husband needs a guys night out but there are other guys he can hang out with why does he need to hang out with this one? It’s like befriending one of his ex’s.How can I tell him how I feel without him getting pissed off? or do you think I’m being selfish and worrying about him to much? (hey if I didn’t love him or care about him and his future I wouldn’t be worrying to begin with)

My wife has finally admitted she needs to see someone about her “Bitchiness”. Two weeks ago she made an appointment for next week. Ever since this her making the appointment she has been off the charts bitchy.
Is this normal? Do people do this like they do when they eat a lot before going on a diet?
