and the woman must endure…and feel bad and unable to concentrate to her life?

    No.

    It is not abuse, until he actually abuses the child, either physically or verbally. But just seeing the father drunk is not abuse.

    BTW, YOU married him and had a child with him, so take some responsibility, too!

    You got one sorry man, there. ut the law will do nothing, unless,maybe he gets drunk and beats you or the child.

    Well,

    what you can do if you really hate him is try and convince him to leave for the night, if he gets violent, call the police. If he actually leaves call the police, so if he stays call the police for domestic violence, if you convince him to leave call the police for drunk in public.
